Concern grows over missing Perth woman

The hunt for a missing Perth woman is continuing. Lorraine Rothwell hasn't been seen at her Bridgend home sine Thursday evening. The 45 year old may have been in Perth town centre shortly after her disappearance at around quarter to ten. She's described as white, five foot 2, slim build with blue eyes and blonde hair.
Police ask anyone with information to come forward.

People in Perth and Kinross encouraged to use their vote

Fair city citizens are being asked to use their vote in this week's European parliamentary elections. Around One hundred and eight thousand people in Perth and Kinross are entitled to vote. The elections take place this Thursday in the UK.

Charity shop says volunteering beats credit crunch blues

The British Heart Foundation hope to recruit more volunteers during the recession. They say working in their charity shops helps relieve stress and improves health. The Hand on Heart Campaign kicks off this month. The charity for heart disease sufferers is asking locals to help out. They want more people to volunteer in their shops, or put on fundraising events to raise more money.
