Mr Clegg will tell delegates that Labour has failed to deliver for Scotland.
McKinnon and Clarke hit out at Scottish Southern Energy
An energy consultancy has hit out at Scottish and Southern Energy’s decision yesterday to cut gas bills by 4 per cent from the end of March. McKinnon and Clarke, which is one of the largest purchasers of energy in the UK, believes that 10 per cent on both gas and electricity would be a fair cut based on significant drops in the wholesale market over the last twelve months. David Hunter, energy analyst from McKinnon & Clarke said the move is welcomed but more cuts need to be made not just with Scottish and southern energy but other suppliers too.
