Local Doctor unsure about swine flu vaccine
A Perthshire doctor has yet to decide if he'll be vaccinated against swine flu and let his child have the jab. Dr Andrew Buist says he'll probably be immunised, but wont make a decision until the vaccine is licensed and he's reassured of its safety. As a family doctor at Ardblair in Blairgowrie, Dr Buist is a frontline healthcare worker and could be exposed to the virus. He says he'll make the decision closer to the time its available for the public, which will be around mid-September.

The Former Foreign French legionnaire was jailed for 15 years for the incident. But on Friday the sentence was reduced to 13 years. A local MSP's hit out at the decision, calling it shocking.
