People In The Perth FM Area Are Being Urged To Keep An Eye Out For Distraction Burglars

It's after a pensioner from St Fillans fell victim to one. The 75 year old from Drummond Lane answered her door to a man asking for water for his car. Whilst she went to get him some, he snuck into her home and stole her handbag which contained £200 in cash

A Programme's Been Launched To Help Improve The Oral Health Of People Living In Care Homes

NHS Tayside's Community Dental Service has been working alongside Care Homes in the area to make sure residents get appropriate care. Tayside Oral Health Award is a local programme adapted from the national Caring for Smiles resource. It will see oral health professionals offer training and support to care home staff throughout Tayside.

Preparations Are Underway For The UK Indoor Tug Of War Championships

The event's being held at the Bells Sports Centre next month. It'll feature home nations Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales, and it's hoped the Channel Islands will also put in an appearance.
