Comrie square handed to residents for two years

A Perthshire community that turned a derelict plot of land into a village square has been handed the property for community use for two years. Braemore Estates put their building plans on hold and offered the temporary use of the ground to the residents of Comrie who quickly came up with ideas. The Friends of the Square group are now hoping to raise enough money to buy the land outright.
